Delete your WorkForce account
Your WorkForce account was created by the organization you work with, so you cannot delete it on your own — but you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. Your organization (or, for owners, the WorkForce team) approves the request, and your personal data is then erased.
How it works
1. Ask
From the app, or with the form below.
2. Your organization reviews
An admin or the owner approves or declines. You can withdraw the request until then.
3. Your data is erased
The account is closed at once and personal data is removed within 30 days, backups included.
Who approves
| Account | Who approves the deletion |
|---|---|
| Employee | An admin or the owner of the same organization |
| Admin | The owner of the organization |
| Owner | The WorkForce platform team, once the organization has another owner or is closed |
What is deleted
- Name, Employee ID, mobile number and email
- Face data and attendance photos
- Location history and field-work tracks
- Bank details and onboarding details
- Linked devices, notification tokens and sign-in sessions
What is kept
- Attendance, wage and payroll records the law requires your employer to keep — without your name
- Tax and invoice records, for the period the law sets (generally up to 8 years)
- Business records you created for the organization, such as tasks and stock entries, shown as “Deleted user”
Your account stops working the moment the request is approved. Personal data is erased from the live system straight away and from backups within 30 days.
From the app
Signed in to the WorkForce app? Open Profile → Settings → Delete my account. A request from the app is the quickest to approve, because it proves the request is yours.
